This website lets you place online orders for pizzas, calzones, drinks and ice creams from our menu, for pickup at the shop or for home delivery within the areas we cover (La Ràpita and the Alcanar Platja housing estates up to the cement works).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age (or have the consent of your parents/guardians) and that you have read and accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy.

• Orders are confirmed when payment is completed successfully (online with Stripe) or when we receive confirmation in person at the shop / by the delivery rider.
• Prices include VAT. Home delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders if:
  • The address is outside our delivery area
  • We are overwhelmed or temporarily lack operational capacity
  • We consider the order fraudulent or made in bad faith (such as so-called “prank” orders)
• If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount via Stripe within a maximum of 7 days.

• Preparation times are estimates: 20-30 min for pickup, 30-40 min for home delivery. They may vary depending on how busy we are.
• The customer is responsible for being at the address provided at the time indicated and for giving the rider access.
• If you are not available when the rider arrives and we cannot reach you within 10 minutes, the order will be considered delivered and the amount will not be refunded.

If you have any problem with your order (wrong product, poor condition, etc.), contact us the same day by email or phone and we will try to sort it out straight away (replacement or refund).

We accept no liability for:

• Food allergies or intolerances not stated in the order notes
• Mistakes made by the user when entering the address or contact details
• Website outages beyond our control (Stripe or Supabase outages, Internet problems)

All content on this website (texts, photos, designs, logos) belongs to PIZZERIA LA RÀPITA or its rightful owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Tarragona.
