2. What data we collect
When you place an online order on this website (pizzerialarapita.com), we may collect:
- Identification: first name and surname, email, phone
- Delivery address: street, number, floor/flat, postcode, approximate coordinates (to work out the delivery area)
- Order details: products, preferred time, notes
- Payment: handled exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Sign in with Google: if you choose to sign in with your Google account, we only read your verified email and public name (we do not access any other data in your account)
3. Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order
- To contact you if there is a problem or something needs clarifying
- To issue an invoice (if you request one)
- To send you the order confirmation email
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, food safety, etc.)
We do NOT use your data for marketing, nor do we share it with third parties, except:
- Stripe (payment processing) — when you pay online
- Supabase (technical data hosting) — on its servers in the European Union
- Netlify (website hosting) — to serve you the pages, it processes technical connection data such as your IP address
- Brevo (email delivery) — to send you the emails about your orders
- Google (only if you sign in with Google) — for the sign-in itself
4. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: for the legal tax retention periods (at least 5 years)
- Account and saved addresses: for as long as you want to keep your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time
- Google OAuth session: you can end it whenever you like from your own Google account
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
